Jessi Fisher, a Michigan native, started gymnastics at age two. She grew up watching her mom and grandmother bake for friends, family, school and church events.
Jessi attended a Christian high school then graduated from Central Michigan University with a bachelor's degree in hospitality and tourism. At that point Jessi announced to her (thankfully) supportive family that she wanted to be a carnie...
After graduating college with honors Jessi went back to her acrobatic roots, pursuing her love of performing in various live shows across the world, finally landing in Cirque du Soleil's "O" show in Las Vegas. It was there she won her first baking competition and started baking for friends and family as a hobby.
Jessi got her first break into the stunt industry while living in Las Vegas and shortly after moved to Los Angeles. She has performed alongside A-list actors on countless movies and TV shows, all the while baking for the Hollywood stunt community.
Jessi currently lives in Atlanta Georgia, following her passion for baking, stunts and travel.
